Default Cannot uninstall MSN and Avira wont work

Hi,

My avira anti virus wont let me have the guard protect on... and my msn will not un install. I have had to put AVG back on and have sunbelt firewall. I'm running on windows XP home ed.

Have I got yet another virus?

If you have Avira and AVG installed at the same time then uninstall AVG straight away then try uninstalling MSN.

You may also need to uninstall Avira completely and then reinstall that.

Ok come off the net and uninstall both antivirus programs, if you have already done so run a Search for any remaining remnants of both programs and delete those too.

Then reinstall Avira.
