Go into Add/Remove and you should have version 6 update 6

hi, there is nothing in the add/remove programs. what do i do now..would you like a print screen of that in case its under a different name or something?

hi i have now downloaded the recommended java, and when I go onto the site, it says the message again. i will download it again to see if it persists. if it does, then what?

Another thing to check - Go into Internet Explorer, click "Tools" and "Internet Options". Go to your "Security" tab, then click on the "Custom Level" button. Scroll waaaaay down until you find "Scripting", then beneath that a couple options "Scripting of Java Applets". Make sure it's set to Enable.

Also, IE's pop-up blocker can block Flash applications from loading, depending on how they're embedded into the web page.
