I have heard that dell psu's have a couple of pins swaped round, dont use them in a non dell pc, even if the plug fits.

It may just be myth, I have no definitive source. However it has been reported on dltv and a few random websites I have visited.

Thaks mike, I could not find a definitive source. They could have modified the connector to stop this problem !
