Operating System: Windows Vista - Ultimate PC Experience: I Try My Best. |  Parental Control Software. Please could I have sugestions for a free Parental Control Software. Must run with Vista. Must be FREE. Must be simple to use but not for others to gain access and change the settings. It is for the local Dropin Center which is run via donations. We need to block Facebook,games,block downloads of MSN,Yahoo,Tool bars,etc. Thankyou guys and girls. JB.
