Ok, i am coming up to the end of the year overhaul of my pc. I going to remove most of the componets, clean them and reassemble it. My question is how often should i change the CPUs and Heatsinks Heat paste? (my pc is about a year old and its still the same CPU and heatsink)

Too be honest unless your an avid overclocker or have built your pc yourself you wont need to change anything.

The Heat Paste is an optional thing and you can get some very good stuff here

(You might want to search for better prices)

only change it really when it is rock hard and breakable.....usually the thermal paste is tacky or sticky too touch.
unless you have a thermal pad.......artic silver is very good paste to get..as techadvance said maplin...they will have this
