Default CPU lag

This may be in the worng section. Apologies if so.

I have a peculiar specific issue with my PC. 99 per cent of the time, with 99 per cent of applications it works perfectly.
Running games software everything works perfectly and it is smooth etc but..... when I walk in any game (regardless of keyboard button set, demands of game in terms of memory etc), if I keep the walk button down for five seconds and release it - on screen I walk for about 20 seconds!
This would sugest to an amateur like me the 3d card was struggling to process the game but everything else on screeen works perfectly and in proper synchronisation - it is just walking!!!

Any assistance gratefully received!

Welcome to Free PC Help

I would suspect RAM over CPU -
will look at your spec when you post and advise further.

It's overclocked so I would guess PC6400 (800MHz) and thats if the Ratio is locked.
