Okies I will say from experience(courtesy of owning one) that medion are good computers. The one your looking at does seem like a good system with a decent processor and the latest OS( windows 7) however your losing storage space inside the computer. Personally if I was you and didn't need a new computer I would stick with the one you've got. It's really up to you.

XP v Win 7 - no competition, for everyday computing Win 7 wins every time.

Pentium D - had its day, I'd take a new Intel any day.

1 TB hard drive - most users get to use no where near that much space - I'd say its fine.

eSATA useful for newer, faster external hard drives for backup.

My opinion is that once you have experienced Win 7 on a speedy PC, XP begins to look and feel dated. If you are looking to replace your unit, the Medion is a good choice.

I installed Windows!! Should I install curtains as well?
Why the fuss over Windows 7?
I have three at the front and four at the back of my house all the time.
