Default Office Outlook 2003

I have installed ms office outlook 2003 and when I try to open the package up I get the following error.

Cannot start microsoft office outlook. MAP132.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version. This could have been caused by installing other messaging software. Please re-install outlook.

It is a new laptop running on xp. i have tried re-installing the software but it make no difference.

Any ideas how I can fix this
