PLEASE SOME1 I NEED HELP I AM LOSING SLEEP

Ok so here it is. I have been using a dual display set up for a few years now, but lastweek decided to update my motherboard and processor, (was this a bad idea, i ask myself).

So my setup has 2 monitors 1 being an old Relysis monitor(VGA connected) the other being the TV (S-Video connected).

So after replacing my bits i set the machine up all ready to go tried to turn on the TV though display properties as i have done for so many years now. And nothing, it appears that my s-video port does not recognise that there is a cable plugged into it.

Now i have done a few checks obviously cables all work (i have checked with laptop) the TV works as well.

Now i am using an ATI Radeon 9800 PRO graphics card which surports S-Video (i know it does coz it was working last week) i am also reasonably familiar with display properties, advance display properties and also Catalyst control centre but can i find out how to activate my S-Video.

I believe it might have something to do with my BIOS settings for more info on my system please check:
CPU-Z Validator 3.1

If some1 out can help me before i go into my fourth sleepless day i will be so so happy

Cheers
Gazza
