It is probably because you have had malware on your PC, and after removal an entry has been left which looks for the file in order to run it.

The most obvious place for this would be in the startup options.

Click Start, then over to Run, then type MSCONFIG and press enter.

Click on the Startup tab and then look for an entry relating to SSVICHOSST.exe

Untick the box on the left hand side if you find it, click Apply, Close and Restart.

Hopefully....problem solved.
