I don't get what you mean by, "at the back of ebay"
Do you mean on another tab? if so, when this happens, can you stay clicked on the ebay window,
Press the
PrtScr(Print screen) button, (without the windows key)
Then click on the
Start menu button,
Go to all
Programs, or
Program files, which ever it is called,
Then
Accessories
Click on "
Paint".
When Paint open's up, press
Ctrl + v and your screenshot should appear in the program,
click
file >
Save As and type in a file name,
On the box below the filename, click the little arrow, and select
JPEG
Then click
Save.
Then come back to here, click on
Post Reply, [NOT Quick Reply]
Scroll down to the
Manage attachments button and click it, a new window will appear.
Click on
Browse and find the file that you just saved, then click
open
On the small window again, click on
upload
Submit your post
And can you double-check for me that your popup blocker is indeed on by following these steps:
1. Click the
Tools menu
2. Click
Pop-up Blocker
3. Click
Turn on Pop-up Blocker
(If already on, it will offer an option to
Turn off Pop-up Blocker)
4. Confirm by clicking the
Yes button.
Whilst you are in the Tools menu, please can you click on
"pop-up Blocker Settings"
And then please select your Filter level to "
High", (as shown in image below)

then browse to a site that used to give you a popup and tell me if it still comes up
