I have an acer laptop aspire 4520 with vista home premium. The cd drive does not work.
Under computer, DATA (D
properties, hardware tab, and click on HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA Device.
Device Status: Windows can not load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
How do I fix this problem so I can use the cd/dvd drive again. Right now a loaded disk will not even spin up.
