Please follow this WGA troubleshooting procedure:
- Download and install the WGA Diagnostic Tool: WGA Diagnostic Tool
- This is a direct download
- Click Run and Run again
- Click Continue
- Please be patient it takes a few seconds to run.
- Click Copy
- Next open Notepad, in the empty pane right click and select Paste
