Hi Everyone

First, sorry about my English

I downloaded a windows vista update and after this my HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA Device doesn't work anymore and the Icon is also gone

I have a Acer Laptop "Travel Mate 7720G" with Vista.

Also one another problem.
I use Firefox and i can´t download any Plugin´s . . . why ? ? ?

I´m really not a computer expert and if someone can help me . . . please explain it me easy understandably
