Hello,

My sister gave me her old computer its a Dell and its running XP home.
My question is it looks like it has 5 different log ins for 5 different users and ALOT of files music pictures etc as well as a number of programs that I do not want. What is the best way to clean up all of these files and remove them. I just want to get it back to where it was when it was new. There is no recovery disk and I do not have a copy of XP to install.
