Go into the Windows CONTROL PANEL, then click on Administrative Tools
Then open Event Viewer
Left side panel click on Application, the right side will have EVENTS
Locate RED or YELLOW events and Double-Click to read them
Then look in System and read the RED/YELLOW events in there

Look for items that may indicate hard drive, registry, or audio errors

The High Definition drivers are required by the system - Do Not Remove them as they can be difficult to locate.
