- Go into the Windows CONTROL PANEL, then click on Administrative Tools
- Then open Event Viewer
- Left side panel click on Application, the right side will have EVENTS
- Locate RED or YELLOW events and Double-Click to read them
- Then look in System and read the RED/YELLOW events in there
Look for items that may indicate hard drive, registry, or audio errors
The High Definition drivers are required by the system - Do Not Remove them as they can be difficult to locate.
