  • Go into the Windows CONTROL PANEL, then click on Administrative Tools
  • Then open Event Viewer
  • Left side panel click on Application, the right side will have EVENTS
  • Locate RED or YELLOW events and Double-Click to read them
  • Then look in System and read the RED/YELLOW events in there
Look for items that may indicate hard drive, registry, or audio errors

The High Definition drivers are required by the system - Do Not Remove them as they can be difficult to locate.
