PDF to Text

Hi as the title suggests I'm looking for something to convert a PDF file to Text, now I know that there are bucket loads of programs to do this. But just wondering if anyone can recommend any particular one.

as this is a one off thing (Hopefully) I would like it to be freeware or shareware

Thanks Tootech that work brilliantly tried a couple last night and they kept loosing the formatting but that one is perfect Thank alot. :)
