Fatal error

One of my friend is facing this problem When he try to start visual web developer ,he get the fatal exception error and the program does not start , anybody have solution for it please help.

Is the fatal exception error limited to the single program or does it appear at other times?

If it is just the one program, has it ever worked for him/her?

Have you gone through the basics with your friend such as simply uninstalling the program and then trying a reinstall?

Gavin with all due respect this is not only a specific software issue but we also know absolutely nothing about his system or any other specifics.

To even stand a remote chance of helping him he will need to join so we can offer first hand support. Useing a go between rarely works.

In addition we would need to know much more and even then we might have to just link him.

Thanks he uninstalled the program from ADD REMOVE PROGRAM and then reinstalled the visual web developer now he is not getting the error.

Glad it was solved Gavin :) but for your own protection it would be a good idea to follow Randy's advice and not get involved as a go between unless you plan on doing the work yourself.
