You could also try an online converter if you do not require to convert the files often. One online converter I use is Zamzar (http://www.zamzar.com/). It covers quite a range of basic document and media formats. Hope that helps. :)

I considered Zamzar as well, but questioned there need to require your email addy.

Are there any decent versions that are not web based?

I seen a couple of adverts on the link, one was for PDF Converter 5.

Is this any good?

Or would you recommend another program?

I saw this product demonstrated and was quite impressed. It's not free.
