Is complex with a double negative (not & im), then further confused by a final positive (yes?).

All of that could have just been: "is a probability".

It's a little grammatical nuance of yours that i've noticed. Kind of like my overuse of commas instead of starting new sentences:D

What you miss Seth is that the context of the sentence was verging on the rhetorical.
I might have said; "Is it not feasible?"

The reason is very simple as the solution offered did not take in to account the now common practice of supplying a restore/recovery partition on the drive.

The days of supplying an OS disk with the box are gone Seth as you know.
